Established in 1997, our family run business has a wealth of knowledge in the home improvement market sector, experienced in fires, fire surrounds, tiles and much more.

At our new showrooms on two floors on Westfield Lane, Mansfield, we have well over 50 fireplaces on display at any one time, plus many more available, with over 40 fires live on show too.

Our knowledgeable staff has the customer’s happiness at the forefront, and you will not be pestered by representatives, just ask for Dave or Trish when you’re ready to either get advice or choose; we are sorry, but we do not do plaster surrounds.

Mainly, because they all come with an extended life-time guarantee, and we, plus our many customers, all agree that this speaks for itself, and they know that after the fires are installed in their homes, they can consult with us or with Kinder and get the best advice possible.

Our wood surrounds are available in any colour and can match them with your furniture shades; and our larger wood surrounds come in solid wood imported from Ireland – these are very imposing and out of the ordinary and are exclusive to Xtra Touch.

All gas fires are installed by Gas Safe approved, fully qualified gas fitters with over 40 years experience; who clear up any mess before departing, a complete fitting service.
